The advanced filter
In most cases, the advanced filter will be the go-to tool for users seeking specific data, be it for planning, research or analysis. The advanced filter can be accessed using the button to the right of most filter fields.
It's powerful!
Nominate one, or multiple variables in the filter and Maintainly Query Language will be added to the filter field.
Advanced filtering can also be used on other pages where the advanced filter icon is available to the right of the filter field.
Advanced users may want to take advantage of Maintainly Query Language to extend the use of the advanced filter.
Exporting raw task data
After using the advanced filter to isolate just the data that is required, a custom export can be achieved by exporting the task list page.
Use the three-dot menu located at the top-right of screen.
