There's a secret we need to share with you.

But don't tell your colleagues...

Getting started with your maintenance management system ain't as difficult as some make it out to be! Well, not when you're using Maintainly.

Here's why...

We work by a simple philosophy at Maintainly:

Great software doesn't require hours of set-up & training to get started, or to use.

The Maintainly set-up process has helped thousands of businesses, just like yours, get started in a matter of minutes, not hours, days or months!

Attend a Demo

We offer personalised screen share demos of Maintainly, that concentrate on your specific use case; your business, and your industry. There is no obligation and it doesn't matter which plan level you intend on using, we simply want you to get the most out of Maintainly.

Just book a time that works for you here.

We already created a test account for you

You can activate it from your dashboard. It comes complete with pre-populated data so that you can see a typical set-up in action.

Just look for the activation on your dashboard:

The test org can also be activated by navigating to Settings > Test Organisation in the left side menu.

Add your own data

Seriously, it is that easy!

With Maintainly, you'll have your first work order created within a matter of a few minutes.

Here's the order of things to get started:

  1. Add an asset - you need at least one before you can add any tasks. This is one piece of equipment that will have maintenance (preventative or reactive) performed on it.

  2. Site - the location where assets are kept. During the process of adding your first asset, you'll also add a site.

  3. Store - used to keep an inventory of spare parts & consumables (we call them materials). We added one for you automatically when you created your first site!

You're now set to add your first tasks!

  4. Task - traditionally called a work order. Add a new task to the asset that you already created check out the flow & process.

Ok, so where to now?

  • Do you use preventative maintenance tasks; tasks that are performed on a regular basis, on a pre-set schedule?

Create a task template and then add an automation to an asset to stipulate when and under what circumstances a task should be auto-generated.

  • Tracking spare parts & consumables to be used on tasks?

Create a material that can be consumed in a task.

  • Have some colleagues that you want to invite in to check out your handy work?

Invite a colleague to join you by giving them access.

Get the Mobile App

Your experience won't be the same without checking out the Maintainly mobile app!

We have native apps both iOS devices and Android devices.

After downloading the mobile app, log in using the same username & password. Then navigate to the task you just created and try adding a comment and a photo and perhaps some work time for yourself on a task.

You've just completed a basic set-up

See how easy it is to manage maintenance tasks?

If you're ready to take the next step, then you can add further sites, materials and assets, and explore the help topics to understand other functionality, such as stores, consuming inventory, preventative maintenance (using task templates and automations), alerts and requests.

We will gladly take you through any functionality on a live one-on-one demonstration. Just start a chat with us (bottom right of screen) and we'll provide all the help and advice you need for a smooth set-up!
