Work codes represent the activities users perform that are not captured in a task; things like meetings, stocktaking, or even employment activities like holidays and time off.
Work codes are used exclusively with the Timesheets module; the only method of nominating time spent performing work code activities is to do so via timesheets. It's therefore essential that the timesheets module be enabled on the organisation.
To learn how timesheets work and how to allocate time, see timesheets help.
