Maintainly QR labels can be linked to any asset in your asset hierarchy.

When a registered user scans the QR label using the mobile app, they will be taken directly to all of the tasks that are associated with the asset.

There are two types of labels available, both of premium quality, for longevity:

  • Poly - suitable for small assets in friendly environments (like office equipment)

  • Metallic - suitable for public or more rugged environments (hotel rooms, manufacturing lines)

Benefits of asset QR label

Asset QR labels play a vital role in improving asset management within a CMMS by providing quick access to comprehensive information about each asset. By scanning a QR code attached to an asset, maintenance teams can instantly view all current and pending work orders associated with that asset, allowing them to assess its status and plan maintenance activities more effectively.

This capability streamlines workflows by reducing the time spent searching through records and enhances decision-making by providing real-time data directly at the point of service. It allows for quick identification of recurring issues, enabling proactive maintenance strategies and reducing downtime. Moreover, asset QR labels help ensure that technicians have all relevant details, including maintenance history, manuals, and compliance records, enhancing overall operational efficiency. The ease of accessing accurate, up-to-date information through a simple scan fosters better communication among teams, improved asset reliability, and optimized maintenance scheduling.
