Maintainly partners with trusted vendors to process & store your data.


Cloud infrastructure

Maintainly does not host any product systems within its corporate offices. We outsource the hosting of Maintainly cloud hosting infrastructure to leading provider, Amazon Web Services ("AWS").

AWS guarantees between 99.95% and 100% service availability ensuring redundancy to all power, network, and HVAC services.

AWS maintains an audited security program, as well as physical, environmental, and infrastructure security protections. Business continuity and disaster recovery plans have been independently validated as part of their SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certifications.

All communication with AWS is HMAC encrypted.


Content delivery

Application content delivery, as well as DDOS protection, is provided by our contractor, Cloudflare.

Support management

We use Intercom to support your use of Maintainly and to communicate with you. The ways in which we use Intercom:

  1. For you to send us a chat within Maintainly software products;

  2. To manage emails you send to us regarding Maintainly software products;

  3. For us to reply to chats or emails;

  4. For us to notify you of new features or updates to Maintainly products;

  5. To house our Help Center information (that you're using right now);

  6. To provide product tours within Maintainly software products.

A copy of Intercom's SOC II can be requested from them.


Payment collection

We use three trusted partners in the collection of payments. The method will depend on the structure of your account with us and how your account is billed and payments are made.

Paddle

Maintainly does not process, nor hold credit card data. Our contractor, Paddle, undertakes all credit card payment transactions.

Xero

If you provide us with a purchase order, we may invoice you via Xero accounting software.

Pinch

If you are located in Australia, after being invoices via Xero (if approved by us as a payment option) you may choose to pay an invoice using a credit card. Those payments will be processed by our payments partner, Pinch.

Emails

When you receive emails from us related to your account, security and email notifications, we will send them to you via our email partner, Mailgun, a Sinch company.
